Do I need technical knowledge to use SyncWABA?
No! SyncWABA is designed to be user-friendly with an intuitive dashboard. While API integration is available for developers, most features can be used without technical knowledge. We also provide setup assistance and ongoing support.
How long does it take to get started?
Account setup typically takes 24-48 hours for verification. Once approved, you can start sending messages immediately. Our team guides you through the entire process.
Pricing & Plans
How much does WhatsApp Business API cost?
Pricing has two components: (1) Platform fees starting at ₹999/month for the Start plan, and (2) Meta conversation charges based on message volume. Use our cost calculator to estimate your exact costs based on your usage.
What are conversation charges?
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window. Charges vary by message type: Authentication ₹0.115, Marketing ₹0.8631, Utility ₹0.115, Service ₹0 (free). A conversation can include multiple messages within the 24-hour window.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free Forever plan includes basic features with conversation charges applied. It's perfect for testing and small-scale usage. You can upgrade anytime as your business grows.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save 10% when you pay annually. This applies to our Start, Scale, and Enterprise plans.

Can I build chatbots with SyncWABA?
Yes! SyncWABA includes a visual flow builder to create chatbots without coding. Build automated workflows for customer service, lead qualification, appointment booking, and more. Advanced users can also integrate AI and custom logic.
How many team members can use the platform?
The number of team members varies by plan. Start plan includes 3 users, Scale includes 10 users, and Enterprise offers unlimited users. Each team member gets their own login with customizable permissions.
Can I integrate with my existing CRM/systems?
Yes! SyncWABA offers API integration and webhooks to connect with your CRM, e-commerce platform, helpdesk, or any other system. We also have pre-built integrations with popular platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce, and more.
What types of messages can I send?
You can send text messages, images, videos, PDFs, location, buttons, lists, and message templates. All media must comply with WhatsApp's policies and size limits.
How do message templates work?
Message templates are pre-approved message formats required for business-initiated conversations. You create templates in SyncWABA, submit them to WhatsApp for approval (usually takes 24 hours), and then use them to start conversations with customers.
Compliance & Policies
Do I need customer permission to message them?
Yes! You must have explicit opt-in consent before messaging customers. This can be through checkboxes on your website, SMS opt-ins, or in-person consent. We provide tools to manage opt-ins and opt-outs properly.
What happens if my quality rating drops?
WhatsApp monitors message quality based on customer blocks and reports. If quality drops below acceptable levels, your message limits may be reduced. SyncWABA helps you maintain high quality with compliance checks, opt-out management, and best practice guidelines.
Can I send promotional messages?
Yes, but they must use approved Marketing message templates and be sent to customers who have opted in. Marketing messages also have higher per-conversation charges (₹0.8631 vs ₹0.115 for utility messages).
How do I get the green tick verification?
Green tick verification (Official Business Account) is available for established brands. Requirements include: verified Facebook Business Manager, business website, significant brand presence, and compliance history. We guide you through the application process.

What APIs do you provide?
SyncWABA offers REST APIs for sending messages, managing contacts, retrieving message status, webhook notifications, template management, and more. Full API documentation is available for developers.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes! Configure webhooks to receive real-time notifications for incoming messages, delivery status, customer replies, and other events. Perfect for building custom integrations.
Is there a rate limit on messages?
Message limits depend on your phone number's quality rating and tier. New numbers start with limited capacity (1,000 conversations/24hrs) and can grow to unlimited based on quality. SyncWABA helps you monitor and manage these limits.
What programming languages do you support?
Our REST API works with any programming language that can make HTTP requests - Python, PHP, Node.js, Java, .NET, Ruby, etc. We provide code examples and SDKs for popular languages.

What support do you offer?
All plans include email support. Scale and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers get dedicated account managers and phone support. We also have extensive documentation, video tutorials, and a community forum.
What if my messages aren't being delivered?
Common causes include: invalid phone numbers, customers who blocked your number, template not approved, or quality rating issues. SyncWABA provides detailed delivery reports and error messages to help diagnose issues. Our support team can also investigate.
Can you help with migration from another provider?
Yes! We offer free migration assistance for Scale and Enterprise customers. This includes transferring your approved templates, contacts, and helping you set up integrations. The process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide training?
Yes! We offer onboarding training for all new customers, video tutorials, documentation, and webinars. Enterprise customers can request custom training sessions for their teams.
